Quality Education on the Standards (QUEST) education for homes
The Quality Education on the Standards (QUEST) program consists of education sessions of up to 1.5 hours delivered by an aged care quality assessor at your home. These interactive sessions are primarily designed for frontline staff. A maximum of 15 participants allows time for interaction, discussion and questions.
QUEST sessions are free and are an ideal way to make accreditation easy to understand for frontline staff. Each home is entitled to request one QUEST session in a 12-month period.

To express interest in having a QUEST session in your home please complete the online expression of interest and a representative from our offices will be in contact with you to make arrangements. Please note that during high periods of demand, preferred dates may not be able to be met however future dates will be negotiated.
